Dec 3 (Reuters) - Atlantic Petroleum P/F  ATLA.CO : 
    * Produced in November a net total of 37,000 boe from Chestnut, Ettrick and Blackbird fields 
    * In November average daily production was 1,233 barrels of oil equivalents (boe) per day 
net 
    * Production in November is lower than previous month and reflects the decision to go into 
default on the Ettrick and Blackbird fields 
    * Says is preparing an offer to exit the Ettrick and Blackbird fields
